Motorola W315 is the worst phone I've
ever had. I have dropped calls every where,doesn't matter where I am.
Sitting still or moving, even when it showed all the bars when I made the call. And all customer service can say is you'll have to keep this phone for another year and a half or we'll have to charge you. The only reason I got this phone is because mine was stolen and had to replace, Verizon doesn't carry the one I had anymore. The sales girl told me how good this one was, so I got it. Well it's terrible and I'm stuck! When any body ask me about Verizon service and should they get their cell service with them,I tell them go any where but there. "Customer No Service"!!!!!! They wrote the book! |

Verizon is awesome. I had Sprint for 4 years before dumping them for Verizon. No more dropped calls and jerks to fight with over messed up bills. |

i had phone for three months wall charger had piece fall off they said it was my fault. called customer service and they said the send me another after 25 min phone call and after i paid 8 to ship it. Then they sent me wrong one after 3 day wait and said i might be able to exchange in store. Didnt know if i could or not...
even though they are verizon...and didnt offer to ship me new charger till i sent the wrong one back first ...im going back to tmobile was happy with tmobile no problems for 3 years |

I constantly have dropped calls, by my job, in my house, driving, everywhere.
It's better than others but when I call regarding the problems I get nothing. If I am roaming in my house I am told to not answer so that I would not get a charge. If I am driving from work to home my call gets dropped at least 5 times in a 15 minute drive. I can tell you where and when it will be dropped. |
