These guys totally suck. I have free minutes after 9PM. I noticed that when my billing cycle was about to end, they billed me for talk time after 9 and showed that those calls were made before 9. I called them about it and they refused to do anything. I know for sure that I did not make those calls before 9. I'm planning to change my service. This is not the first time this happened to me.

This company is complete joke, the coverage sucks if you leave St.Louis, I was rural area, and according the phone that I have razr you can roam but T-Mobile according to their map you have service and if you don't you can roam on Cingular's Towers, I called them when I was out of town twice and was told two different answers on why I couldn't get any service, also when I first signed up with them the reps got my services wrong and I ended up paying for services that I didn't order and I had to fight tooth and nail to get my money back. I am going to pay to get my Cingular service back because when I was out of town the people that I was with had 3 bars and I had no service. Their tier two support was worthless and I had to transferred service times to for them to figure out if someone wanted to email via computer what is the address. They are much more strick that you can't have opera mini with being on the highest data plan, that stupid Cingular doesn't block this. Also there is no 3G network and they probably won't get one this year, the phones are ugly and out dated, they got the KRZR several month after Cingular and Verizon & Sprint and other carriers had theres for several months. The stores look dumpy in general and not clean where ever you go and sales people don't have clue on the products they are selling. Now lets talk about static no matter what phone I am on my phone or other T-Mobile user there is always static and echo for some reason. Service is horrible inside building and I sit by the window. I have the my fave 5 which is the only thing that I can say about saving money, they don't have early nights, they don't offer car service. They only have 2 week trial period, which I should have cancelled after the first hour, so the sales person wouldn't get their commission. I always have problems accessing T-Zones it always down several times a week in St. Louis, and checking your minutes and text message is down several times a week as well. When you log into there website it never tells you how many minutes you have used you just look at the red bar and guess that you have used x amount of minutes because the there checking minutes service is down. No wonder this carrier is the 4 carrier in the county. THEY JUST PLAIN SUCK!!!!!!!!!

I have had T-Mobile for 3 months now and I had great signal in my home and in my area during the 14 day trial.. but after that I went down to 1 or no bars and I am getting really frustrated, My Fiance is in Iraq right now and I only get to talk to him once or Twice a week (3-7 minutes at a time) so I NEED my cell phone to work. Even some area of my job i get bearly one bar or even a few block from my house. I called customer care several times the first time they said they would send someone out to see how the signal was because i should be getting full bars -_- well they did I called back to get the report and the person said they had great signal out here BULLCRAP! I was on the phone with them and the call got dropped 5 times in a row! So they said they could arrage for me to have a sim card swapped to see if that fixes anything or send me a new phone... grrrrr don't ever get T-mobile. I am going to try and get out of my contract because I get no service half the time.

I have had T-Mobile for several years. they have the lowest prices for the minutes. My two complaints are customer service and coverage. Coverage: I was stranded in the desert when my car broke down. I could not get a signal to call for help. Two people who offered to help had a signal, one used Sprint, another had Verizon. I was traveling with my daughter. Two women alone with no way to call for help, left me feeling very vulnerable. CUSTOMER SERVICE: After noticing two calls from Mexico billed to my account I called to dispute. I don't know anyone in mexico. Customer service said someone called me. let's say someone from mexico did call me....Wouldn't THEY get charged for the out-of-country call, no me. The rep couldn't understand my reasoning. Another time I got billed for roaming at around 11pm when I KNOW I was at home, not out of town. Customer service suggested that my phone was in roaming mode because of my close proximity to Mexico. She suggested I do not answer my phone if i notice it is in roaming mode. BUT I AM IN MY OWN HOME!!! She said she'd remove the charge "as a courtesy this time". How about removing the charge because it was not correct?! I stay with them becasue they have added new towers so their signal area is growing. And I can't beat their prices!

I was with verizon, cingular(at&t)sprint you name it,they are all the same. The problem is the customer, always complainig about broken phones, big bills, dropped calls, etc,no one company is perfect.Just stay within your contract, without going over, dropped calls, thats not the company, its affected by clouds, the sun,too many people yapping crap on the circuits,(towers)they can hold only so many calls, and yes even leaves on the trees can affect call quality, and can drop calls, cell phones are not really phones, like the home phone, they are two way radios, like ham radios, they just call them cell phones,I guess because it sounds better.Oh yes pay your bill on time and you won't have any problems, get a magnifying glass and read the small print,so you could be more informed.

A lot of you are sitting there complaining about t-mobile for various reasons. let me ask you something. you want to upgrade your phone, right? they offer you a free phone if you upgrade for two years..well DUH. why would they just give you a free phone and then have you take off on your merry way with it?? They have to trust youll stay in service with them to pay the phones retail value off. Second. You go over your minutes, or your teenager downloads games and music, its a VALID charge. Why would they let you have all that stuff for free? If they do it for one person, they would have to do it for everyone, and then all the features might as well just be free. You tell me one cellular company that gives you free games and ringtones and changes your bill just because you went over your minutes and its your own fualt. you know if you only have 600 minutes and you talk hour after hour every day that you have used them all up. as for coverage, they do a coverage check for you when you sign up service to let you know what you should be expecting as normal before you even sign any contract. And you have 14 days to try out your service and can return it if its not satisfying. How could you blame tmobile for you sitting around and waiting until it's too late. what do you want customer service people to do for you? snap their fingers and magically fix your mistakes for you?? You want the tmobile representative to lose their job just because you want 15$ off your bill? Right...... get real people. I love tmobile and their service is not alays the best in coverage, but they are honest and cheaper than other companies.
