I have talked to 4 different customer service reps today and each was worse than the first one including the supervisor. The phones they "give away" are pieces of crap and if you do decide to go with Sprint (and I don't know why anyone would) you best buy the insurance on the phone because the phone wont last and then try getting a service rep to help you. Again RUN RUN RUN. I will NEVER use Sprint again! |

God forbid I drive near trees, calls will drop and all I'll see is "looking for service." Customer service is horrible. Reps. are rude. Why can all my friends get on the elevator and continue talking on their phone, but my signal always fades? Why does my boyfriend always ask me, "didn't you see that I called? I've called you 3 times." I will have no missed calls, all due to shi##y service. |

Cingular Man United States/Ca/Ventura County [Aug 24, 2006] I am a former AT&T costomer. I recently switched to Cingular because sprint costomer service is crap. I have always had five lines on my family plan. Sprint says they will only approve me for 3 lines, due a brief review of my credit report. My score is 730, are they nuts!? They suggested that i try 3 lines for six months then ask for the two additional lines after i have showed them that i am worthy. Give me a break! I told the rep on the phone that if they don't think that i can afford two additional lines at 9.99 before my 15% discount, they they shouldn't even be giving 3 lines to begin with. What do you know!! He hung up on me. lmao!! Thanks Sprint for show me what i kind of costomer service i can expect if i get your service. Yeah, right! Keep all of your phones, i don't want them. Cingular gave me 5 lines, 15% off my anchor line, 2 dollars off of the 4 of my additional lines, started me off with 300 roll over minutes added to my 1400 anytime minutes, and changed my 2 year contract into a 1 year contract. "SPRINT" your way over to your nearest Cingular store now!! lmao!! |
