Customer service is awfull. I had a deposit and was held hostage. Today I finaly decided to eat the $175.00 disconect fee. Wow verizon is a lot better worth the fee to get out of the Ntelos trap.. Customer service in and out of the store is poor. My friend is a so called manager at one of these stores and sold me this crap and now she cant do anything about it! WOW what a trap. |

I have had so many problems with my bill NEVER being accurate according to my contracts! Also; when purchasing phones I have been able to get my rebates! I would like to know how you can get out of your contract with these idiots! The stores tell you one thing then the customer service people tell you something completely different! IT SHOULD BE BANNED FROM OFFERRING SERVICE! or get better training for people who work for NTelos! |

I have had this service for the last five years and for the last 6 months have had nothing good but dropped calls, no serivce, constant in roaming service, and being told it is my phone. Well then how come everyone else with ntelos in this area is having the same issues. They are rude and I will NEVER refer anyone there again. |

This is by fat the worst service ever!!!!!!! Everytime I go into the stores here in Lynchburg it is over an hours wait because they only have 1 or 2 people working... First started off with unlimted local until i was roaming even inside if their store... Had to pay huge deposit inwhich I have never had to pay at any other providers such as U.S. Cellular... Then I find it easier to just let my contract ride out instead of paying earlly termination fee (another rip off) only to find out that I keep getting charged for my phone I have not used in 4 months because I didnt call them to let them know I didnt want to end my contract on its end date...

Tired of it. Always issues, poor service. "We can send an update to fix this" that whatever. I couldn't even get my voicemail. I called. After two years of service (and using voice mail every single day) I was told I didn't have a voice mailbox. Go figure. They were making a new one for me! Thanks. It still didn't work. I went to Verizon, the sales person there asked me for my account number. I called Ntelos to get it, girl puts me on hold. I get a customer retention specialist. Long story short...I told her I was beyond saving, should have been connected with her long before now. Holly, you customer no service guru...I hope you get canned!!!
Dropped calls, customer service people seem to try about half of the time, in store service sucks, managers sure don't use voice mail...they can't even return a call! I'm done. My bill has doubled and I'm happy about it! At least my phone may work now! Cheap doesn't matter if my customers have to send email to say my phone goes to voice mail or they can't contact me etc. |

You get what u pay for. I have unlimited service. I save in minutes, but coverage sucks and always dropped calls. phone customer service is great, but when u go to the stores, they are horrible!! They're uninformed and get irritated w/ u because they dont know their jobs. It's always a pain to pay your bill in stores, w/ long lines, because the employees feel like u should be happy they are there at all (and w/ the gossip and laughing!). i've never seen any group of people move so slowly!!! |
