The service sucks the people at the store on 5th ave and 23rd st are the worse. They have no understanding of customer service nor do they care.
The phones are outdated and need a complete overhaul. Texting on my 760 is impossible.
Nextel should throw in the towel and revamp th system. They are lucking the two way is their thing. |

I can't wait until my contract expires. Ever since the Sprint Merger the service has gotten worse. Even though I like the walkie-talkie aspect I can't deal with the poor reception and dropped calls any more.

I drop more phone calls on Nextel than anyone I know using other networks. The only reason I keep Nextel is because of the walk-talkie feature;Probably not for long. Also the variety of available cell phones for the network is limited. |

They are the bottom-feeding lounge-lizard scum, the Greyhound of telecommunications. A bunch of hicks from Kansas City who thought they could be players. HA! Goddamed hillbillies, you have lost millions of customers and thousands of managers. Your service DOES NOT WORK, your phones suck, the people in your stores are thugs, and after I talk with one of your lying scum reps on the phone I feel I need to wipe the phone with alcohol. The day they bury this company in some corporate potter's field, there will be a line miles long waiting to dance and piss and your grave. Is that clear enough? NEXTEL SUCKS!!!!!!!! I have hated ever since I got it! And if you ever need customer service? They are not helpful AND without me knowing, They extended my contract a whole year! I will NOT pay the termination fee!!!! And I will DROP them!!!!! BEWARE OF NEXTEL!!!!! |

I inherited my NEXTEL plan through my job. My contract was almost over and I was going to shop around for the best phone plan. A month before my plan was to end a rep called and offered to extend my plan for another year and upgrade me for free to take advantage of more features. I told the rep that my current service was fine and I wasn't interested in the "upgrade". A few weeks later I called to ask what the exact end date of my contract was (so i could shop around). Imagine my surprise when it was next year, not next week. They said my contract had been extended a few weeks earlier (that phone call I received). I explained that I had declined the service. To my surprise, they took my word. Good for them...but shame on the previous rep for extending my contract after I had declined. I wonlt ever use NEXTEL again because of that rep. |

i live in avondale /kennett square pa and i sold them and they are JUNK and the hybird phones are junk be smart and get verizon it is the best for your money |

Nextel is the worst in all areas. The service sucks. Every call drops, I can never get my voicemail, the customer service is a joke. I have complained so many times that That I think they block my calls now. They always promise to credit my bill but never do. They do not give you back your deposit. They want customers to honor their contracts but they dont provide even half way decient service. They blame the no service on "look at it like a highway under construction, its a mess at first but when its done everything runs smoothly"WTF They have been saying this for 3 friggin years now. Everyone I talk to has the same problems with them. When Im in the mall and see someone looking to get nextel service I warn them to stay away. i can only hope that that helps them lose business. |
