For the past 3 days our phones service is out, Customer service told my husband and I the only opition was to buy 2 new phones and sign a new contract.Come July 21 Cingular is history. |
James Ranke United States/CO,/Denver [Jun 20, 2006] I was a former AT&T customer for 10 years since the takeover by Cingular my service has degraded 90% I travel all over the country the AT&T phone work just about every where even 150 miles from the closest town in Nevada and Montana this dam Cingular phone doesnt even work in town.

No problems until they conclude that even though I pay extra for "no roaming" I "roam" too much so they are dropping me!! Not even a thank you for being with them for so long or anything. Just GOODBYE!!! Gee thanks Cingular! I'll be sure to tell all my friends! They wouldn't even discuss changing me to another plan. Some customer service! |
Charity United States/Florida/Gainesville [Jun 14, 2006] I've been with Cingular for about two years and they were great at first. But the service has been terrible these past six months. The towers in Gainesville seem to be down every other day, meaning that I cannot call anyone and no one can call me. As a college student, this is quite a pain because I rely heavily on my cell phone since I am never home. Thus I need to have some means of communication when I am out and frankly this situation prohibits that possibility. It is possible that the problem is only here in Gainesville because I do not have this problem when I visit my parents in Miami or go to other cities. Either way I am thoroughly disgusted by this entire ordeal and when my contract ends this August I WILL be moving to another company. |

I am a cross country truck driver and 90% of my calls from and to me get dropped no matter where I go. Raising the bar -- not for my service. This contract is up in July. I will be changing companies!!! |
Maurice United States/California/Los Angeles [Feb 08, 2006] Ive been with cingular for 2 years now and theyve been great.. there coverage is really good in my area and the call quality is great.. one annoying thing though, a few weeks ago they switched their message systems and my phone along with all my friends kept getting random messages. |
