Bad...Bad... getting worse!

I recently took a trip from Ventura County to Florence Arizona. I never lost service the whole entire way. Made this trip at least 10 times in the last two years and with AT&T I would lose service for about tweenty minutes at the same point on the trip on a long flat road. Not the case with my new Cingular Phone (Samsung D357) I stayed in the same house and area that would switch me over to T-Mobile every time. Again, not the case this time. Very satisfied, so far. Also, as far as costomer service goes. I called in and threatened to cancell service with them unless they agreed to make my two year contract into a one year. They did it! and they took 2 dollars off each of my additional lines, for each month on all four of them. Wait! I also get a 15% discount on my anchor line because i am empoyed by my local city. I have two weeks left on my trial period... " I wonder if i can manage to get them to give me early nights starting at 7:00 p.m at no additional charge. To be continued.

My comment is the same as the young lady above. have been a Cingular customer for about 5 years. they conclude that even though I pay extra for "no roaming" I "roam" too much so they are dropping me!! Not even a thank you for being with them for so long or anything. Just GOODBYE!!! Gee thanks Cingular! Looks like they will not EVER get to see any of my money again, heck of a way to treat loyal custamers!

I have had Cingular for 10 years and have had great customer service. The rates I pay are phenomenal compared to competitors. I have had issues with my bill but they always make it right and that is why I stick with them.

numerous dropped calls, especially in my home.numerous fraudelant charges on bill, i.e late charges, reconnect fees when paid on time and never connected. was charged twice for activation. poor customer service. will pay early termination fees and cancel all 3 phones and return to my previos cell phone company.

I traveled to Edenton North Carolina. My phone had no service. When I was with AT&T Wireless I never had any problems with Signals. This is serious because I rely on my phone and thank God my husband still had AT& T Wireless service. Everyone who had Verizon wireless had service. Another problem with the New Cingular is they demand payment in full or they will terminate your service within the same month. Under AT&T Wireless they would at least give a grace period. God forbid you can't make the full payment that month. This new Cingular sucks. I will terminate my service - pay the fee and switch to Verizon.

I have been with Cingular before they were Cingular. The service on a scale of 1-10 has declined to 10 below zero. My calls are dropped in the city, on the interstate and forget about a call in a rural area. If your car breaks down in a rural area, get out and walk. Customer no service is as useful as two tits on a bull. Each Rep. has a solution but first you must power off and then power on while they make adjustments. When they finish, you have no voice mail, your phone I have been a customer of Cingular before they were known as Cingular. The service on a scale of 1-10 has declined to 10 below zero. I wouldn't recommend Cingular to my worst enemy. Don't believe their ads about best record for dropped calls. I lose calls in the city of Atlanta, on the interstate and if your breakdown in a rural area, just get out and walk becasue you will not have a signal.Customer no service is terrible. They all tell you to "power on then power off" while they make adjustments. When they finish you have no voice mail, your calls go straight to voice mail, and your telephone books disappears and then reappears 2-3 days later. The new phones do not work properly after 30 days. My contract isn't up until August 2007 but I'm paying out of this mess!! Believe none of what they say!!!!!

My calls are dropped all of the time and I cannot get service in my home, which supposedly is in their service area. I was recently in an area where the phone indicated I had service but I was neither able to make a call nor recieve one. I have waited up to 45 minutes to talk to someone at Cingular so don't call from a cell phone!

If there is such a thing as "phone rage", Cingular makes it happen! Nearly every call is dropped. It's not worth having the phone even for emergencies, as the service cannot be relied on. The thing isn't even a good paperweight. IF you are able to talk to a representative, they only want to sell you a fancier phone - regardless of the crappy service. I'm done with this waste of money and aggravation.

Cingular has been just fine. Cross country trips, freeway and country hwy, I always seem to have coverage. My parents have "can you hear me know" and I usually can't! (From land line to their cell). I've been happier with Cingular since the merger with AT&T (coverage etc).

I have had cingular service since it began and i have never had problems with our familly pack(5)phones and customers service is good and i have no probs. while i travel if i want to make a call or to answer a call there is no problem at all.I think cingular has about the best service around here.I talked with other cingular users and there just as happy.

I think the vast majority have already summed up Cingular's service... It's terrible - especially their customer service!!
